Baia Verde overlooks Mount Etna and is surrounded by a garden with palm and pine trees and a semi-Olympic pool. It has a sun terrace built into the rocks, which features a staircase leading down to the sea.

All rooms at Baia Verde come with elegant Italian furniture, an LCD TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi access. Many rooms also have a view of the Ionian Sea.

The hotel's spa is complete with a Turkish bath, hot tub and fitness centre. The beauty centre offers a variety of treatments.

The Oleandro Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and traditional Sicilian and international dishes at dinner. It has a wide selection of local wines and a sea-view terrace. The outdoor bar offers traditional Sicilian ice cream, snacks and drinks.
